A 0.3MP camera is integrated on the top bezel of the screen. The presence of a camera means that the users can experience a whole lot of fun filled activities like video chatting using the chat messengers or even do important or official video chats, all in a simple and easy way. The speakers are integrated and are present above the keyboard on the base of the notebook. The speakers have good clarity and adequate loudness.

Beginning with the left hand side of the notebook, the ports that are present are Power adaptor, VGA, Ethernet, HDMI, USB 2.0 and headphone and microphone jack. The HDMI port comes in very handy when the users are interested in watching in a bigger Television Screen. On the front hand side of the notebook, there is the 3-in-1 SD Card reader that is capable of reading data from the cards like the SD, SDHC and MMC. And there is the Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n for getting wireless access to the internet. The speed is quite good and also, using Facebook, orkut, Google or any other website would be easy on the Samsung R530 notebook.

AnyPC Software and FailSafe:

There is an interesting software called the AnyPC software on this notebook that is used to access the contents of another PC. With this remote PC function, the users can easily send or receive data from the PC to notebook or vice versa. The data to be transferred need not necessarily be important files, but you can also transfer music or videos. With the FailSafe theft service, the users can easily find their lost computer, manipulate with the data present in that system or even lock the contents. Wonderful, is not it?

This particular one is quite decent and good, but there are also other better notebooks of the same cost. So for the users who would like a simple notebook to perform simple tasks swiftly, then pick this one.
